Our heavy duty Mazak FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) - with a holding capacity of 30 tons capable of 24/7 continuous operation - is married to a 4000 watt precision Mazak laser capable of nearly burr free precision parts.
If your design calls for the large and hefty, NMF employs our heavy duty 6000 watt Tanaka Laser with a 156”x 504” max part size and 1.25” max material thickness.
NMF has also integrated other technologies into our fabrication systems to lend greater flexibility in processing a large selection of materials.
Our Press Brake capacity ranges from 175 to 600 tons with lengths through 40 feet. Quality is assured by an experienced staff coupled with advanced CNC controllers with 3D model integration, and advanced gauging and hydraulics. Our fully hydraulic, 3-Roll Double Pinch Plate Bending Roll with prebending ability provides the versatility to roll ob-round shapes, segments, cylinders and even cones.
